In a green area of 5 acres full of olives, almonds and pine trees, just 500m. from the beach of Palaia Fokea, built on a small hill, you will find Villa VeNa.
Villa VeNa is a country house located in the coastal town of Palaia Fokea in the Municipality of Saronikos, 52 km from Athens, 33 km from the airport and 17 km from Sounio.
It has 2 levels, the upper one being occupied by a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 8 persons, a living room with a fireplace and another dining room for 8 people, as well as a wc. Outside there are 2 large verandas with garden sofas to the west and a garden table of 8 people to the east.
On the lower level there are 5 bedrooms, two of which have double beds, two of two single beds and the last two semi-double beds (1.20 in width each). Also, on the lower level there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, two bathrooms and a wc with shower. Outside of this area there is a beautiful garden with flowers and trees, as well as a BBQ.
Villa Vena consists of 2 fully independent residences of 6 and 4 people each, which are rented separately or together for groups of up to 10 people.
VillaVeNa is a 5-minute walk from the center of Palaia Fokea, where you will find a supermarket, bakery, butcher shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies etc. and a 10-minute walk from the nearest beaches.

Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking. In some cases, availability should be confirmed by phone.
In order to guarantee the reservation, 50% of the total amount of your stay is required, which is not refunded, and the remaining 50% must be deposited one month before the date of arrival. Payments are made exclusively by bank deposit.
Cancellations or amendments can be made free of charge up to 60 days prior to arrival.
General Information You Should Know
– Prices set by daily value in Euro, including taxes, including wireless internet access and use of air condition.
– Room cleaning, change of linen and towels is done every third day, upon contact with the residents.
– VillaVeNa is available (ckeck in) from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be returned to the owners (check out) at 11:00 on the day of departure.
– Additional amenities are not automatically calculated in the final amount and must be paid separately during your stay.
– Pets are allowed upon request. No extra charge.
– Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
– It is forbidden to hold events and large gatherings.
– It is forbidden to use the Internet for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Cancellation policy … what happens if cancellation is canceled?
– here is no cancellation fee 60 days before the confirmed arrival date.
– If the customer does not appear or departs before a pre-determined day of check out he/she has requested, he/she will be charged 100% of the cost of the stay.
